We need a lot of volunteers to make this event a success! We hope you will join us! We are looking for both professional and collegiate SWE members to get involved!

Volunteer registration is now Open!

Volunteer Shifts: from 7:15am - 5:00pm

Volunteers are highly encouraged to stay the full day. All volunteers will receive a SWE volunteer t-shirt!

Although shifts start at 7:15, volunteers can arrive between 7:15 and 8:00am on the day of the event. As you arrive, we will need help with set-up. Volunteer meeting will be at 8:00am. The second volunteer meeting will be at 12:30 and clean up will be from 4:00-5:00.

All Day: 7:15-5:00 (includes lunch)

Morning: 7:15-12:00

Afternoon: 12:15-5:00
